These Terms of Use refer to the access and use of Festigram.com, Festigr.am and any information and content publicly appearing in Festigram. By accessing or using Festigram you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1 Festigram relation with Instagram

Festigram uses the Instagram API but is not endorsed or certified by Instagram.

Festigram understands its agreement under which is using the Instagram API and commit the functionality and development of Festigram to fully comply to INSTAGRAM API Terms of Use specified at http://www.Instagram.com/legal/terms/api/.

2 Festigram Privacy Policy

Pictures shown in Festigram are not own, neither stored by Festigram. Pictures are owned by Instagram users and Festigram only store links to them. If a picture shown in Festigram is deleted, or settings are changed by its owner in Instagram to make the picture not publicly available, Festigram will show an empty broken image, which will be removed as soon as noticed by Festigram moderation team.
